Lake Holcombe, just 20 minutes south of Ladysmith, boasts 4,000 acres of open water and 120 miles of shoreline. Every year, the lake produces some of the biggest musky caught in the area. And the Flambeau River near Ladysmith is becoming famous for its outstanding fishing for smallmouth bass.
